The family want to host a "Re-union" for the purpose of introducing

The Occasion will last for three day 4th of march 2008 in Lillington,
NC.This event is like a memorial service for prof. Michael Potter
which he has requested all the family must be in attanndant.The number

ranging about a minimum of 250 peoples OK.
Day one of the event will be about is mainly for the grandchildren and
great grandchildren of the duff's family which a series of
entertainment will event will be taken place at the day one of the
event and a series of photo section will be taken by the Prof. and his
children's
Day two,there will be a gallery of Professor Bright Potter Snr works,
An orator will give a profound speech about the pro's biography and
there will be series of photo section taken with the Pro. with
friend,children,etc
Day three, A thanksgiving mass will be held in the church ,there will
be different entertainment band to entertain the guest and series of
photo sections will be taken .This is just a brief of what the event
is going to be like a comprehensive schedule will be given in the due
course.
The committee assigned for the planning of the event will have to
review your charges and the quoted price for your service package,So i
would prefer if you give a comprehensive breakdown of the your charges
OK. All travelling and Accommodation logistics will be handled and
will be available during the three days event.

Thank you for your consideration on using my service. I love traveling and taking picture of crowd. So, it will be fun to be in Lillington. I like to make my package price as simple as possible which is $250/day. So total services price for 3 days will be $750. I have no problem with the working hours. Thank you for your clarification on the date. Regarding the service package price, I mentioned $250/day on the previous email i have sent to you. I have no problem with the working hours. I consider the price not only for my working hours, but also with the traveling time. I saw in Google Maps that Lillington is quite far from New York City. Or if you want more fleksible calculation we can count 25$/ hour on my working time. Once again i would like to thank you for your consideration on using my service.
